Ridgeline Property Group has plans to develop a 416-acre Logistics and Rail Park known as I-80 Logistics Park, an institutional development that can support more than 7 million square feet of class A industrial product in Minooka, Ill.
Located seven miles from the interchange of Interstates 80 and 55, also known as “The Crossroads of America,” the park is designed to be a regional distribution hub to serve the Greater Midwest. Key highlights include rail service by CSX Rail Line, utilities-to-site, Industrial M-2 zoning, abundant trailer and car parking, and strategic access to Interstate 80.
Ridgeline is preparing to launch Building #1, a 1.1-million-square-foot facility, in spring 2022. Features will include cross-dock configuration (570-foot deep), 40-foot clear height, 241 exterior docks, four drive-in doors, 766 car parking stalls and 434 trailer stalls. Completion is scheduled for third quarter 2023.
