Revcap Advisors has raised £257 million ($311 million) for its opportunistic European investment vehicle, Kitty Hawk Capital Partners V, according to the firm’s website.
The fund is targeting a final close of £300 million ($364 million) this year, with a hard cap of £350 million ($424 million). If it reaches its target, it will be the largest in the fund series.
Seven investors committed capital to the fund, which invests in a diversified range of real estate assets, such as community shopping centers, healthcare, student housing, hotels, logistics, and multifamily, following the investment strategy of its predecessors.
The previous funds in the series, Kitty Hawk Capital Partners I, II, III and I, raised £30 million ($36 million), £150 million ($182 million), £225 million ($273 million) and £271 million ($328 million), respectively.
