Below is a sampling of recent property transactions tracked by Real Capital Analytics (RCA). The largest completed transactions included a Boston hotel and an apartment complex in Southern California.
Sunstone Hotel Investors purchased a 1,053-room hotel in Boston. The Park Plaza Hotel & Tower was sold for $250 million from a joint venture comprising Donald Saunder, Rockpoint Group and Highgate Holdings. The Rockpoint partnership acquired the 86-year-old Park Plaza in 2011 from Starwood Hotels & Resorts for $126 million.
