Transactions reported this week included a property in New York City.
Google agreed to pay more than $2 billion for New York City’s Chelsea Market building at 75 Ninth Ave. between 15th and 16th streets. The seller is Jamestown, which bought out its partners in the property for $225 million in 2011, valuing the asset at $800 million.
