New York REIT has agreed to sell 1440 Broadway to CIM Group Acquisitions for $520 million. The office totals 762,383 square feet, spanning up 25 stories. The asset is currently 75 percent leased to multiple tenants, including Ford Foundation in 110,218 square feet; Kaplan Test Prep & Admissions, Mizuho Capital Markets Corporation and SeanJohn.
