Transactions reported this week included the sale of two Midtown South office assets.
Columbia Property Trust acquired 245–249 W. 17th St., two adjoining office buildings collectively comprising 281,294 square feet, and 218 W. 18th St., a 165,670-square-foot office building. The sales price was $514 million.
