IREI’s FundTracker captured 14 real estate commitments in the past month. The largest was a joint venture comprising the Teacher Retirement System of Texas, Singapore sovereign wealth fund GIC and Tricon Capital. Texas TRS and GIC each allocated $250 million to the venture.
