Real I.S. to acquire 134 units in Marina Village residential complex in Ireland

Real I.S. has acquired two blocks of the multifamily Marina Village complex in Greystones, Ireland, for its real estate special AIF BGV VII Europa.

The complex consists of 55 apartments and 10 townhouses with an NLA of 6,232 square meters (670,80 square feet). The property has direct access to the public beach and the new Coastal Linear Park. The vendor is Glenveagh Homes Ltd., part of listed Glenveagh Properties. The parties have agreed to keep the purchase price confidential.

“By buying apartment blocks G and H in the Marina Village we have already been able to secure a large part of the property. The seller has already fully let the units by this point. We have also exchanged contracts to acquire a further 69 units which are expected to close in the coming months,” said Axel Schulz, global head of investment management at Real I.S. AG.
