Rahul Idnani joins newly launched Dream Equity Partners

Rahul Idnani has been named president of Dream Equity Partners, which is the newly launched private equity arm of Dream Unlimited, a Canada-based residential property management company.

Idnani was formerly the global COO for Nuveen Real Estate. At Nuveen Real Estate, Idnani oversaw $90 billion of assets under management across various property types and investment strategies for the firm’s institutional and retail clients. Prior to this, he held senior leadership positions at TIAA and was instrumental in the acquisition of Nuveen Investments and build-out of its global real assets platform.

Through the launch of Dream Equity Partners, the firm intends to leverage its core competencies in managing and developing office, multifamily, industrial and mixed-use assets in Canada, the United States and Europe ,focused on core, core-plus and value-add investments.
