by Kali Persall

Quality Technology Services (QTS), a Kansas-based data center owner and operator, is planning to deliver what would be the world’s largest multi-tenant data center campus in Fayetteville, Ga., according to multiple news sources.

QTS acquired 615 acres in Fayetteville from the Fayette County Development Authority for the facility, which will be located about 25 miles south of Atlanta.

CBRE represented the seller, which sold the property to QTS for $153.8 million, or about $250,000 per acre.
