PwC launches Asia Pacific real estate desk in London

PwC has appointed Natalie Breen to establish a dedicated team based in London to help Asia Pacific–based clients with inbound investment into the United Kingdom and European real estate, and outbound United Kingdom and European real estate investment into Asia Pacific.

The team will support existing and new clients as they expand into the United Kingdom and Europe by providing cross-border transaction support across a range of services.

Breen has spent almost 15 years working in the Asia Pacific region, most recently with PwC, helping clients invest offshore into commercial real estate in other parts of Asia, North America, Australia, and the United Kindom and Europe.

“Asian investors are increasingly focused on real estate investment into the United Kingdom and Europe, and are looking to expand their coverage in these markets,” said Breen. “Similarly, European investors are also investing into core Asia Pacific markets such as Singapore, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Australia. Many of these investors are looking to achieve scale and access to local expertise through portfolio transactions and platform acquisitions.”
