Prime US REIT CEO retires with new CEO appointment

Prime US REIT Management has announced that Barbara Cambon will be retiring from her role as the CEO and CIO of the firm.

The board of directors has a succession plan. Harmeet Singh Bedi, who is currently the deputy CEO and CFO, will become the new CEO of the manager, subject to necessary regulatory approvals.

Upon the appointment of Harmeet Singh Bedi as the CEO, the current financial controller of the manager will cover the duties of the CFO until such time a new CFO is appointed. The manager is also in the midst of recruiting a head of investments.
