Prime Finance, a private commercial real estate finance company, has held a close for its Prime Finance Long Duration (B-Piece) II, raising $437 million, according to Institutional Real Estate, Inc.’s FundTracker database.
The fund will buy CMBS B-pieces, both original issue and on the secondary markets in the United States.
Prime Finance closed its Prime Finance Partners CMBS (B-Piece) Fund I in 2017 with $282 million in equity commitments.
