Priderock Capital Partners has launched the Priderock Multifamily Debt Opportunity Fund, according to a filing with the SEC.
Priderock Multifamily Debt Opportunity Fund opened March 23 and has a $150 million equity fundraising target. The opportunistic real estate fund will invest in debt secured by multifamily properties throughout the United States. The fund has not disclosed a target final close date.
