Los Angeles–based Preylock Holdings has paid $190 million for a four-story office building in Mountain View, Calif., occupied solely by Google, according to several media sources.
The sale was significantly above market price, according to CoStar Group.
The 151,000-square-foot building, located at 620 National Ave., is located near the tech giant’s headquarters, and is also close to downtown Mountain View and a high-traffic Caltrain station, according to The Mercury News.
The media outlet reported that Google’s lease runs through 2029.
Preylock owns several other office assets in the surrounding area, including a 626,233-square-foot, class A office data center campus in Santa Clara, Calif.; the 302,471-square-foot Central Park Plaza corporate office campus in San Jose; and a 156,000-square-foot steel-framed class A office building in San Jose.
