Developer Portman Holdings has plans to develop a $300 million mixed-use project in Atlanta’s Buckhead Village area, reported the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
The project will consist of a 225-room hotel and 255 high-end apartment units.
The firm also has plans to build 700,000 square feet of office space, a 325-room hotel and a 350-unit residential tower on the site of Midtown’s historic Spring Hill Mortuary.
