PATRIZIA AG has appointed Phil Irons as managing director of transactions for the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Irons will lead a team that has driven more than €700 million ($828 million) of transactions in the past 12 months, notably among them as an adviser in the July acquisition of The Cabot office building in London’s Canary Wharf by LINK, Asia’s largest REIT.
He joins PATRIZIA from IWG, where he was CEO of Workplace Capital Partners, the company’s flexible workspace property investment fund. Prior to this, he was a partner at Benson Elliot, responsible for the U.K. country team.
