Patrizia sells €200m Dutch residential portfolio
Patrizia Immobilien AG has sold a 61-property residential portfolio in the Netherlands for €200 million ($236 million).
The joint buyers are Woonzorg Nederland and Amvest.
The portfolio, which contains 1,728 homes spread across 30 municipalities in the Netherlands, will be divided into 1,306 rented houses for senior citizens and 422 residential properties.
