PATRIZIA, Man GPM launch €115m U.K. affordable residential platform

PATRIZIA and Man GPM, the private markets investment business of Man Group plc, have launched a new joint venture targeting an investment program of £100 million (€115 million/$127 million) into the development of environmentally and socially sustainable housing for the United Kingdom’s affordable sector.

The joint venture comprises PATRIZIA’s SFDR Article 9 impact strategy, PATRIZIA Sustainable Communities, and Man GPM, which has an established presence in the U.K. affordable housing sector. Capital for the joint venture will be provided by PATRIZIA Sustainable Communities and Man Group, with Man GPM acting as the operating partner through its Community Housing team.
