PATRIZIA appoints fund manager to for €1 PanEuropean fund

PATRIZIA has appointed Andrew Hook as the new fund manager for its PanEuropean Property LP.

Hook joins PATRIZIA from LaSalle Investment Management, where he managed long-income real estate portfolios for three U.K. pension funds. Prior to joining LaSalle, he spent more than 14 years at Aviva Investors, where he was most recently a senior director responsible for the £2.5 billion (€2.8 billion/$3.0 billion) Aviva European With-Profits Fund. He began his investment career in real estate private equity, working for five years at Curzon Global Partners.

The fund was recently awarded a five-star GRESB score, reflecting the fund’s outstanding environmental, social and governance (ESG) credentials and its net-zero carbon strategy. The fund ranked first amongst its GRESB peer group for sustainability performance.
