Former Partners Group managing director joins Salter Bros. for Asia expansion

Further to the recent announcement of the opening of its Singapore office and the expansion into Asia, Salter Bros. has made several new hires in Singapore and Japan.

Based in Singapore, Rahul Ghai has been appointed managing director, Asia. Ghai joins the firm from Partners Group, where he was most recently managing director and regional head of real estate for Europe. Prior to this, Ghai held the same role for Partners Group for Asia Pacific.

Ethan Quek has been appointed principal, Asia. Quek joins the firm from KSL Capital Partners where he was most recently vice president.

Gene Osborne has been appointed asset manager, Asia. Osborne joins the firm from IHG Japan where he was director of finance, managing assets operated by IHG/ANA. Takai joins the firm from Goldman Sachs where he was an associate.

Tokio Takai has been appointed associate. Takai joins the firm from Goldman Sachs where he was an associate.
