Pamfleet Group, an Asia Pacific real estate investment adviser, is nearing final close for its Pamfleet Real Estate Fund III, according to the IREI FundTracker database.
The fund, which is scheduled to close this month, launched in August 2018. Pamfleet Real Estate Fund III is seeking to raise $450 million in total equity commitments, according to the filing. The value-added fund will invest in office, retail and residential properties throughout Asia Pacific.
The fund’s predecessor, Pamfleet Real Estate Fund II, held a $400 million final close in 2015, exceeding its original fundraising target of $350 million.
Investors in Pamfleet Real Estate Fund III include the San Francisco Employees’ Retirement System.
