The $71.9 billion Pennsylvania Public School Employees' Retirement System (PSERS) has invested $200 million to PIMCO Commercial Real Estate Debt II, a private credit fund, managed by PIMCO.
The closed-end fund will invest in mortgages, CMBS and mezzanine loans across the United States.
