Oxley Holdings has plans to sell a pair of hotels on Stevens Road in Singapore for a combined S$950 million ($702 million).
The buyer was not disclosed in the announcement; however, Singapore’s Business Times, reported the potential buyer is Indonesian billionaire Dato Sri Tahir, founder of the country’s Mayapada Group.
The assets are the 254-room Novotel Singapore on Stevens and the 518-room Mercure Singapore on Stevens.
