Oxford Properties completes acquisition of M7 Real Estate

Oxford Properties Group, a global real estate investor backed by the OMERS pension plan, has completed its acquisition of M7 Real Estate, having received all regulatory approvals.

M7 will remain independently managed by its current management team led by Richard Croft and David Ebbrell.
