Omega Immobilien and Yxime create a joint venture

The Omega Immobilien Group has entered into a joint venture agreement with the French property management service provider Yxime, a subsidiary of the Duval Group.

The purpose of this cooperation is to enable Yxime customers to access the German real estate market. Within the joint venture, Omega Immobilien will help identify properties to acquire and will take over the management of assets, real estate and facilities. Yxime has an established client base of real estate investors, institutional investors, family offices and promoters.

“We have a strong interest in German properties for our clients, and we want to support them in this way and, in terms of asset management, real estate and facilities in Germany, to provide them with the same quality that we have been proposing in France for years,” said Thierry Dorison , chairman of the board of Yxime.
