Oakwood Real Estate Partners has launched Oakwood Real Estate Partners Fund III, according to an SEC filing.
Thus far, the fund has raised more than $57 million. A fundraising target was not disclosed.
Oakwood Real Estate Partners is a real estate private equity firm based in Denver. Oakwood invests in commercial properties including office, retail, multifamily, senior housing, industrial and land throughout the United States.
Oakwood invests nationally primarily in joint ventures with local best-in-class operators.
