NW1 Partners unveils two key leadership appointments

NW1 Partners, a niche sector–focused value-add real estate investment advisory firm, has announced two leadership appointments as part of the company’s strategic growth plans.

Brooks Blake will serve as partner and head of Europe, overseeing strategies focused on Spanish logistics and industrial outdoor storage (IOS) across the United Kingdom and Europe. In addition, Giancarlo Vissat has been named senior vice president, responsible for U.S. acquisitions and originations in the IOS sector.

Prior to NW1, Blake spent 11 years investing in real assets for three large family offices, leading on around 90 separate investments totaling more than $850 million. During this period, he was responsible for investment strategy, portfolio construction, deal sourcing, due diligence and risk management.

Vissat joins the firm from Terreno Realty Corp., where he served as vice president, focused on identifying and acquiring value-add industrial properties.
