Northleaf Capital Partners promotes nine people

Northleaf Capital Partners has made nine promotions in a move to strengthen its global mid-market private equity, private credit and infrastructure departments.

The promotions include four managing directors, three directors and two vice presidents within the firm’s Toronto, London and Chicago offices.

Private equity investment team promotions based in Toronto include Michael Bowman as director, Ian Carew as managing director and venture partner, Vishal Shah as director, and Matthew Sparks as managing director.

Promotions to the Chicago private credit investment team include Michael Morris as managing director and Christopher Wang as vice president.

Kriti Madan was promoted as vice president to the London infrastructure investment team and Jon McKeown and Lance Mu will join the portfolio strategy & analytics team in Toronto as managing director and director, respectively.
