Nordic real estate fund raises $95m
Alma Property Partners has raised SKr 775 million ($95.13 million) for its Alma Property Partners I fund, according to a statement.
The capital was raised primarily from four unnamed Nordic institutional investors. The fund is seeking to raise SKr 2 billion ($245.5 million).
The opportunistic fund focuses on all property types in the Nordic region, investing 50 percent of its capital in Sweden and the remainder in Finland, Denmark and Norway.
The fund completed its first transaction in February, acquiring a 53-unit apartment portfolio in Copenhagen and Lyngby, Denmark.
