Nick Gunn appointed fund manager of Principal European Core Fund

Principal Real Estate Europe has appointed Nick Gunn as a fund manager working on the Principal European Core Fund.

With more than 14 years of acquisition and asset management expertise, Gunn joins Principal from International Property Funds Management, a subsidiary of one of Australia’s largest direct real estate fund managers, ISPT. Prior to that, he worked in the acquisitions and disposals team at Credit Suisse Asset Management and held several other roles at real estate businesses, including CBRE and Propertylink in Australia.

The Principal European Core Fund is an open-end, pan-European, diversified core fund that primarily invests in the traditional real estate asset classes, including office, retail and logistics, as well as having a modest allocation to specialist sectors such as data centers and healthcare.
