Niam acquires commercial property in Denmark

Niam has acquired Copenhagen Towers, the landmark office and hotel complex located in Ørestad, Denmark, located south of Copenhagen.

The property is five minutes to the Copenhagen Airport and provides direct access to the Copenhagen highway grid, train and metro services. Copenhagen Towers includes three office buildings, including the 21-story North Tower, and a hotel, operated under the Crowne Plaza brand. The hotel was completed in 2009 and has several times been awarded the World’s Greenest Hotel and declared the Most Cutting-Edge Green Hotel in the world. The majority of the office space, with a number of blue-chip companies as tenants, was completed in 2016 and is certified LEED Platinum.
