Newly developed Ireland office on the market for €155m

The newly developed The Reflector, located on the Grand Canal Dock in Dublin, Ireland, has been placed on the market with a €155 million ($175 million) price tag.

Construction on The Reflector began in 2016 and was completed last year. Tenants include Airbnb, Wix and LogMeIn.

The building is split into two wings (East & West). The six-story office building includes 329 square meters (3,541 square feet) of retail space, 34 car parking spaces, as well as a restaurant/café unit on the ground floor. The East Wing comprises 3,012 square meters (32,416 square feet) of office space let to LogMeIn. And the West Wing comprises 8,234 square meters (88,673 square feet) of office space.

The building was built by the Park Developments Group. The sale is being handled by Savills Ireland and CBRE on behalf of Park Developments, who anticipates a strong level of interest from European and international investors.
