New York Life Investments has announced a name change for MainStay CBRE Global Infrastructure Megatrends Fund to MainStay CBRE Global Infrastructure Megatrends Term Fund.
This name change is being made to better align the Fund's name with its existing limited term structure, and to increase awareness of the fact that there will be a liquidity event at net asset value for shareholders.
The name change will be effective on or around June 30, 2023. There are no changes to the fund's investment policy or strategy in conjunction with the name change.
