N A S Invest purchases Nuremberg office property for €120m

Berlin-based N A S Invest, a real estate investment and asset management company, has purchased Air Campus, a core-plus multi-tenant office property in Nuremberg, Germany, for €120 million ($137 million).

N A S reportedly plans to make extensive investments to strengthen the market position of the building, giving the property value-add potential. The property is let to renowned automotive and consultancy firms from Germany’s mid-market sector, with a fraction of the floor area currently vacant.

The property is located on Thurn-und-Taxis-Strasse in the Nordostpark business campus. It is close to the A3, A9, and A6 motorways and 10 minutes from the Nuremberg Airport.

N A S Invest has €30 billion ($34 billion) in real estate transactions in Germany and Europe.
