Multi Corp. wins technical property management mandate for Hilton DoubleTree hotel in Lisbon

Multi Corp. has won the technical property management mandate for a hotel complex in Lisbon managed under the DoubleTree by Hilton brand and owned by a real estate fund of Commerz Real.

Located in the central business district of Lisbon, the complex incorporates the four-star hotel DoubleTree by Hilton, which was constructed in 1910 and substantially refurbished in 2008. The seven-story hotel offers 146 rooms, 45 car parking spaces, conference area, two restaurants, a bar and a fitness zone.

The DoubleTree by Hilton in Lisbon marks the third hotel under the management of Multi Corporation in Iberia. The first addition to the portfolio was Hotel do Chiado in Lisbon, offering 38 rooms. The second addition was the new Zleep Hotel Airport in Madrid, providing 281 rooms, which opened its doors in 2022.
