MIG Real Estate acquires Braker Metric Business Park in Austin for $102m

MIG Real Estate has paid $102 million for Braker Metric Business Park in Austin.

The 545,000-square-foot portfolio includes 13 industrial/flex buildings and a retail center in a dynamic North Austin submarket.

“This purchase complements the firm’s strategic investment plan for continued acquisition of industrial/flex assets in fast-growing locations,” said Kevin Stiles, director of commercial investments for MIG Real Estate. “MIG Real Estate’s access to cash on hand along with our seasoned investment team allowed for quick execution and closing. We will continue to operate the property under its present use and will pursue opportunities for similar investments in the Austin area as part of our ongoing investment strategy targeting western U.S. and Sun Belt states.”
