Dubai-based investor SRG Holding has acquired an office in West London for £16.8 million ($21.1 million).
The building at 202 Hammersmith Road was sold by Aberdeen Standard Investments.
The building serves as Victoria Beckham’s global headquarters. Comprehensively refurbished in 2017, 202 Hammersmith Road provides 14,746 square feet of class A office space that benefits from an attractive period façade. The building is well positioned in the heart of Hammersmith’s commercial district, with surrounding occupiers including global brands L’Oréal, FOX and Walt Disney.
The latest deal takes the total transaction volume by Middle Eastern investors in London in 2018 to £1.26 billion ($1.58 billion), according to Savills research.
