Metro Detroit mixed-use office and retail portfolio hits market for $108m

City Center, a 297,530-square-foot, 13-story office tower with ground-floor retail and City Center Shoppes, a six-building, 62,120-square-foot retail portfolio that includes four freestanding ground leases and two retail pads has hit the market. City Center and City Center Shoppes may be purchased separately or together. City Center’s listing price is $55.8 million, and City Center Shoppes is available at $51.8 million.

Marcus & Millichap announced the listing. Simon Jonna and Raymond Jonna of Marcus & Millichap are representing the seller, an Orlando, Fla.-based developer.

“City Center is a 90 percent occupied mixed-use office tower that has undergone extensive premium-grade interior and exterior renovations and City Center Shoppes is a newly developed, 100 percent occupied recession- and Internet-resistant retail portfolio,” added Raymond Jonna.
