Mesirow Financial Direct Real Estate expands team in Denver

Michael Grippi has joined Mesirow Financial’s direct real estate group. He will serve as a managing director specializing in acquisitions, based in Denver.

Grippi will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the acquisition process, including managing sourcing, financial analysis, due diligence and underwriting procedures.

Grippi has nearly 20 years of real estate investment experience. Prior to joining Mesirow Financial, Grippi was a senior vice president at JLL/Moran & Co. and president of investment management at Holland Partner Group where he specialized in acquisitions, dispositions, recapitalizations and asset management.
