Meadow Partners launches new real estate debt fund

Meadow Partners has launched a new real estate fund, Meadow Real Estate Fund V, according to Real Estate Alert. The firm did not comment on its fundraising efforts.

The new opportunistic fund will invest in debt secured by office, retail and multifamily properties in New York City and London. The fund is seeking $500 million in total equity commitments, according to Real Estate Alert.

The fund’s predecessor, Meadow Real Estate Fund IV, held a $300 million final close in 2016.
