Meadow Partners has completed its $230 million purchase of 860 Washington St., a 120,000-square-foot tower in the Meatpacking District, N.Y., reported The Wall Street Journal.
The 10-story office tower, between West 13th and 14th streets, comprises 117,000 square feet. It includes nine stories of office space, and its ground floor is occupied by Tesla, which uses the space as a show room.
The building was developed in 2013 by a group venture that included Property Group Partners and Romanoff. According to the terms of the deal, Meadow will control the building but pay ground rent to Romanoff Equities, one of the building’s co-developers, reported The Real Deal.
