Marcus Partners is marketing its third fund.
The firm filed an SEC Form D for its Marcus Capital Partners Fund III, which aims to raise $350 million. The offering document was filed on May 13, 2019.
Marcus Capital Partners Fund II closed in 2014 with $250 million in capital commitments. Fund II received capital commitments from a variety of large institutional investors, including a public pension plan, university endowments, and foundations as well as family offices. Consistent with its investment strategy for its Fund I, Fund II invests in a portfolio of office, medical office, biomedical and light industrial properties, primarily located in major suburban East Coast markets.
