Magnus Kenning joins Nuveen Real Estate as senior director

Nuveen Real Estate has strengthened its pan-European industrial and logistics capabilities with the appointment of Magnus Kenning as senior director, logistics, Nordics.

Kenning will be based in Nuveen’s Stockholm office. He joins from DEAS Asset Management, which acquired the Nordic part of Aberdeen Asset Management’s real estate business in June 2021. Kenning spent more than 16 years as Aberdeen’s head of transactions for Sweden.

Prior to joining Aberdeen Standard Investments, Kenning was an investment adviser at CBRE AB, where he spent two years advising German investors on the Nordic investment market. Between 2000 and 2003, he also held positions as an adviser in Real Estate Corporate Finance at Deloitte & Touche AB and Andersen Global Corporate Finance AB.
