The Macomb County (Mich.) Retirement System (MCRS) has committed $7.5 million to TerraCap Partners VI, according to its Oct. 19 board meeting minutes.
Managed by Naples, Fla.–based TerraCap Management, TerraCap Partners VI is expected to invest in various property types in the United States, including in the industrial, logistics, multifamily and warehouse sectors.
MCRS has an existing relationship with TerraCap Management, having committed $18 million to TerraCap Partners V in August 2020.
As of Dec. 31, 2022, MCRS had $1.2 billion of total assets.
