M7 Real Estate completes first project in Northern Ireland

M7 Real Estate has completed its first project in Northern Ireland, a grade A office project in the heart of Belfast’s CBD, the firm reported today.

The building, located at 20 Adelaide St., is 20,000 square feet and features office spaces starting at 2,100 square feet. Notable features of the building include a double-height glazed entrance lobby with a Belfast-themed feature wall, open-plan office suites, LED lighting and an external terrace to the sixth floor, according to M7.

The space is located close to a number of hotels, restaurants and cafés, as well as a wide range of public and private sector organizations.

The firm revealed that commercial property agency CBRE is the scheme’s sole letting tenant.
