LXi REIT has plans to cancel its £500 million (€559 million/$542 million) acquisition of 18 grocery store assets from Sainsbury’s that was announced last week due to “market volatility.”
The decision follows detailed and supportive discussions with its shareholders. Sainsbury’s said the decision would not affect its financial guidance.
