Listed infrastructure companies announce energy and transportation transactions

Listed infrastructure companies have announced several notable transactions during the past two weeks. Utility operator UGI Corp. has acquired a stake in Ag-Grid Energy, a U.S. renewable energy producer; infrastructure construction and operations firm VINCI has, through its VINCI Concessions Canada subsidiary, agreed to acquire a stake in Strait Crossing Development, which operates the Confederation Bridge, from OMERS Infrastructure; Iberdrola has announced two wind transactions, one in Australia and the other in Germany; and Atlanta Gas Light Company is expanding a liquified natural gas facility north of Atlanta.
