Lendlease Communities, one of the leading owners of privatized military housing (in the form of single-family rentals) throughout the United States, has raised more than $7 billion in the private market to fund housing redevelopment across its portfolio.
Currently, the firm has more than $1 billion in funding scoped out for implementation across at least eight installations.
