LC Corp, a publicly traded Polish developer, has successfully sold two office assets in Poland to Globalworth Poland Real Estate group for a total offering of €113.2 million ($126 million).

The assets include Silesia Star, a class A eight-floor office building in Katowice, and the six-story Retro Office House in Wrocław.

Composed of two buildings with 27,000 square meters (290,625 square feet) of floor area, Silesia Star has been 100 percent occupied since 2016. The European R&D center for Mentor Graphics is one of the major tenants. The building sold for more than €54.3 million ($60.4 million).

Located at the center of Wrocław, Retro Office House sold for €58.8 million ($65.5 million). The building’s 21,000 square meters (226,042 square feet) of floor space was rented within six months of the building being commissioned. The building’s tenants include a shared services center for Olympus’s European, Middle East and Africa operations.
